1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of this website and all clients who engage After The Rain (referred to as “we”, “our” or “the Studio”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, original designs, graphics, and layout compositions — is the property of After The Rain and is protected under Australian copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any part of this site without express written permission.

Mood Boards:
Some mood boards featured on this site include found imagery used solely for creative inspiration and expression. After The Rain does not claim copyright ownership of the individual third-party images used in these boards. However, the curation, arrangement, and overall visual composition of the mood boards are original works and remain the intellectual property of After The Rain.

Image Credits:
Images not created by After The Rain have been credited where possible. All other imagery — including photography, graphics, or visuals not part of mood boards or otherwise credited — is the exclusive intellectual property of After The Rain and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

3. Studio Services

After The Rain offers brand and design services to clients across Australia and internationally. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without notice.

4. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total quoted amount is required to secure your project booking. The remaining 50% is payable upon completion and prior to delivery of final files or handover.

Exceptions:

  • The Trilogy Package requires a 25% deposit upfront, followed by three monthly payments of 25%. Work progresses in line with the payment schedule.

  • The Studio Sprint must be paid in full by the day prior to the scheduled design day.

All prices quoted are exclusive of GST. A 10% GST will be added in accordance with Australian tax law.

By paying the deposit or engaging our services, you confirm your agreement to these terms.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your project start date, please provide at least 14 days’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be agreed to in writing. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future booking at our discretion.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing all required content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.

  • Ensuring they have the rights to use any materials (such as logos, images, or copy) supplied to the Studio.

Delays in providing content may impact your project timeline.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure quality, accurate design work. However, we are not liable for:

  • Any loss or damage resulting from the use of our services or website.

  • Client-supplied materials or instructions that result in errors or legal issues.

8. External Links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect and use personal data.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page, and continued use of our website or services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
